How Scrubbing Works
Every single message submitted to BulkSMSIndore is scrubbed against the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). If a number is registered for DND, the message is automatically blocked by the operator to protect the user.
End-to-End Encryption
TRAI regulations require that client data must be handled with AES-256 encryption. BulkSMSIndore infrastructure is fully compliant with these data safety standards.
