Please read these terms carefully before using the BulkSMSIndore platform. By using our service, you agree to these legally binding terms.
01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by BulkSMSIndore (a product of Infozy), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in India.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
02Eligibility & Registration
To use our services, you must be a business entity or an individual at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One entity is allowed only one primary account unless otherwise authorized.
03TRAI & DLT Compliance
Important: As per TRAI TCCCPR 2018 regulations, DLT registration is mandatory for sending any commercial SMS in India.
Users must register their Entity, Headers (Sender IDs), and Content Templates on the DLT portal of any telecom operator (Jio, Vodafone, Airtel, BSNL).
BulkSMSIndore will only transmit messages that have a valid and approved Principal Entity ID (PEID) and Template ID. We reserve the right to block any traffic that violates TRAI guidelines.
04Permissible Use & Anti-Spam
Infozy maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy against spam. You agree not to use the service for:
Prohibited
Unsolicited commercial messages to users on the DND registry.
Prohibited
Content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or promotes illegal gambling.
05Billing, Credits & Refunds
Our services operate on a Prepaid Credit Model. Credits must be purchased in advance and will be deducted upon submission of messages to the gateway.
- Credit Validity: Standard credits carry a validity of 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Refunds: Since our costs are incurred upon message submission to telecom operators, credits once purchased are non-refundable.
- Failed Deliveries: Credits are charged for all messages submitted to the operator, regardless of final delivery status (as per industry standards).
