Client Data Confidentiality
We understand that your contact lists are your most valuable asset. BulkSMSIndore strictly adheres to a **Non-Disclosure Policy**:
- We never sell or rent your contact databases to third parties.
- Your message content is only used for transmission and logging.
- We do not cross-sell to your customers under any circumstances.
- All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 bit protocols.
Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Delivery logs and SMS records are maintained for a period of **180 days** to facilitate reporting and troubleshooting, after which they are archived or purged unless legal requirements dictate otherwise.
